After years of baking for friends and family to rave reviews, Wildflour Cake Design was started by its founder Courtney Ayer in 2010. It is a locally owned cake and cupcake catering company, specializing in one-of-a-kind cakes and cupcakes for every occasion.
Each cake is custom made from scratch and all ingredients are carefully chosen and used with the greatest of care; Belgium chocolates, dairy from local and organic farms, as well as fresh local and organic fruits and vegetables.
We NEVER, EVER use shortening or preservatives in our cakes – YUK! Because of this we recommend that you consume each cake the same day as purchased/delivered, and they should always be kept in a cool dry place.
We have recently decided to take our amazing eye for design and our delicious cake and cupcake recipes straight to the public and open up a retail store in Frederick! Wildflour Cupcakes will happily open their doors for the first time in the summer of 2012.
